The simple but elegant and tasty Italian Starter.
The unique natural fruity flavour of Castelvetrano Olives makes them ideal for enjoying alone as a snack or to accompany cheese and cured meats.
Simply heat up the Arrabbiata Sauce in a pan whilst you boiling the water with a spoon of salt in another pot.
Once the water is boiling put the pasta in the boiling water and cook it for 8/10 minutes depending on you personal preference, we obviously suggest to cook the pasta for about 8 minutes, in order to cook it “al dente”, just like Italian like it.
Now drain the pasta e put it in the pan with the pre heated sauce and mix it for about a minute over a very gentle fire.
Plate the pasta in a dish and finish it with a drizzle of Chilli Olive Oil and some parmesan cheese.
Finish the Italian dinner in the sweetest way possible!
