Tenuta Roero – Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Oil obtained from the 100% Italian olive fruit (Olea Europaea), produced by the use of solely mechanical or other physical conditions which do not involve alterations in the oil and it has undergone no processing other than decantation centrifugation or filtration. The high amount of polyphenols and vitamin E (antioxidants) and the monounsaturated oleic acid make the extra virgin olive oil a product of great benefit to the health.
