Returns: you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for Return: once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

The shipping cost to return the item is not covered by I Love Italia Ltd.

Refunds for Damaged Items: if you receive a damaged item, you should take photos of the damaged products and send it to info@iloveitalia.co.uk within 24h from the day you receive the order. You don’t need to ship the item back to us. If your refund is approved, we will initiate it to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How much is shipping?

  • For orders under 40£ the shipping cost is £ 5.90.
  • For orders over £40 Free shipping
  • For orders that exceed in weight over 5kg £ 5.00 weight fee will be applied (so if your order is over 40£ but it weights over 5kg the £5.00 will be applied)

How Long does shipping takes?

The estimated shipping time is 24/48 working hours depending on your postcode.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of the checkout. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped. From this email, you will receive your goods within 48 working hours.
