Veggie and Red Lentil Fusilli Pasta

  • 250g I Love Italia Red Lentil Fusilli
  • 100g Broccoli
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Courgette
  • 100g Cherries Tomatoes
  •  1 clove of garlic
  • salt and black pepper to taste



Put the olive oil in a pan with a clove of garlic, fry it for 2 minutes, be careful not to burn the garlic. 

Cut all the vegetables and put them in the pan with the garlic and olive oil and add a glass of water, adjust salt and pepper and let it cook at low fire for about 10 minutes, when all the water is dried turn off the fire.

In another pan, put water and salt and once is boiling put the Pasta in and let it cook (cooking time is on the packaging, approx 8 minutes).


Once the pasta is cooked, dry the water and put the pasta in the pan with the other ingredients, turn the fire on and cook all together for 1 minute.
