Multiflavour Gnocchetti with chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 500g I Love Italia Gnocchetti Multiflavour
  • 200g Boiled Chickpeas
  • 4 spoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 fresh rosemary
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Put the olive oil in a pan with a clove of garlic and the fresh rosemary and fry it for 2 minutes, be careful not to burn the garlic.

Now you add the chickpeas, adjust salt and pepper, put the cover to the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes at low fire.

You can now cook the Multiflavours Gnocchetti in boiling salted water for approx. 8 minutes (cooking time is indicated on the packaging).

Dry the water and add the pasta into the pan with the Chickpeas!
